High inten­sity run­ning inter­vals with hill, stairs, jump rope and full body weight exer­cises includ­ing push ups, planks, squats. Chore­o­graphed dif­fer­ent each week to ensure an opti­mal chal­lenge. This is a dif­fi­cult class and FUN at the same time! Expect to burn 500–600 calories.

Includes a lit­tle (very lit­tle) jog­ging or walk­ing with some hills, stairs, and full body weight exer­cises includ­ing push ups, planks, squats. All chore­o­graphed in a fun and man­age­able way to make you sparkle lit­tle sweat beads in the beau­ti­ful twi­light hours of the spring. Expect to burn 500–600 calories.
