Running Bootcamp
Myrtle Edwards/Sculpture Park
High intensity running intervals with hill, stairs, jump rope and full body weight exercises including push ups, planks, squats. Choreographed different each week to ensure an optimal challenge. This is a difficult class and FUN at the same time! Expect to burn 500–600 calories.

Includes a little (very little) jogging or walking with some hills, stairs, and full body weight exercises including push ups, planks, squats. All choreographed in a fun and manageable way to make you sparkle little sweat beads in the beautiful twilight hours of the spring. Expect to burn 500–600 calories.
