Running Interval Clinic
January 3 — March 6 (Currently in session)

High intensity interval running mixed with full body weight exercises that results in an incredible workout. These workouts will help improve run performance (from the 5k to the marathon) and also other athletic pursuits. Great for runners and those who want a challenging work out. Expect to burn between 500 to 600 calories and work your entire body, including the core, arms, and legs. Workouts are designed into Level 1 and Level 2 groupings to accomodate many levels.
TUESDAYS $105 (or register for the Alki Beach 3-Race Series and this class is $90)

Running, hills, stairs, jumprope, and full body weight exercises including push ups, planks, and squats. Choreographed different each week to ensure an optimal challenge. This is a fun class where you will feel inspired by your efforts! Expect to burn 500 — 600 calories.
Workouts are designed into Level 1 and Level 2 groupings to accomodate many levels.

All choreographed in a fun and manageable way to make you sparkle little sweat beads in the beautiful twilight hours of the spring. Expect to burn 500–600 calories.
