Run­ning, hills, stairs, jump rope, and full body weight exer­cises includ­ing push ups, planks, and squats. Chore­o­graphed dif­fer­ent each week to ensure an opti­mal chal­lenge. This is a fun class where you will feel inspired by your efforts! Expect to burn 500 — 600 calories.

Work­outs are designed into Level 1 and Level 2 group­ings to accom­mo­date many levels.
