If you want to find out what you’re made of seek me out to be your trainer. I can work with you even if you’re com­pletely out of shape, one step at a time. I’ll get you in the best shape of your life. I love to coach peo­ple to test their abilities.

I’ll ensure proper form and fit­ness using weights, core exer­cises, stretch­ing, your own body weight, boot camp style drills, and run­ning. You will lose weight, get in shape, and feel your best.

I will help you set per­sonal records. You’ll learn to love your work­outs, they are tough but doable. I’ll work with your cur­rent abil­ity and nudge you just a lit­tle bit so you push your­self, sweat, and burn calo­ries. After time you will notice a change and enjoy the expe­ri­ence of becom­ing more phys­i­cally fit. If you have a recent injury I can work with you to rebuild with proper form and func­tion. Many of my work­outs are aimed towards an event.

I work reg­u­larly out of Urban Kinet­ics, a per­sonal train­ing stu­dio, in Capi­tol Hill. It is easy to get to if you work down­town or nearby. You can meet me there if it is close enough or I can work with you in your home, office, or in the park. While using my ser­vices, work­outs will become a big­ger part of your life. You will feel excited about going after a higher level of fit­ness and attain­ing it. Some­thing I believe is vital to your health.
