If you want to find out what you’re made of seek me out to be your trainer. I can work with you even if you’re completely out of shape, one step at a time. I’ll get you in the best shape of your life. I love to coach people to test their abilities.
I’ll ensure proper form and fitness using weights, core exercises, stretching, your own body weight, boot camp style drills, and running. You will lose weight, get in shape, and feel your best.
I will help you set personal records. You’ll learn to love your workouts, they are tough but doable. I’ll work with your current ability and nudge you just a little bit so you push yourself, sweat, and burn calories. After time you will notice a change and enjoy the experience of becoming more physically fit. If you have a recent injury I can work with you to rebuild with proper form and function. Many of my workouts are aimed towards an event.
I work regularly out of Urban Kinetics, a personal training studio, in Capitol Hill. It is easy to get to if you work downtown or nearby. You can meet me there if it is close enough or I can work with you in your home, office, or in the park. While using my services, workouts will become a bigger part of your life. You will feel excited about going after a higher level of fitness and attaining it. Something I believe is vital to your health.
