Running/jogging, jump rope, push ups, plank, squats. Chore­o­graphed dif­fer­ent each week to ensure an opti­mal challenge.

What do you usu­ally do dur­ing your lunch hour? Visit the near­est sand­wich shop and stuff your belly with 600 calo­ries? Then go back to work bloated?

Try this for a change. A half-hour work out with the goal of reju­ve­na­tion, ton­ing, and effi­cient calo­rie burn­ing. If you work down­town Seat­tle near the piers than this class is per­fect for you. It affords you time to get back in your chair by the end of the lunch hour.

Work­outs are designed into Level 1 and Level 2 to accom­mo­date many.

    Really want to do lunchtime boot­camp, such a great idea, the Pier is still a lit­tle too far for me since I work in Fre­mont. Any chance you might do one of these at Green­lake this sum­mer like in July or Aug, then I would be all in.

    Hope all is well, and hope to train with you again sooner than later.
