Try this for a change. A half-hour work out with the goal of rejuvenation, toning, and efficient calorie burning. If you work downtown Seattle near the piers than this class is perfect for you. It affords you time to get back in your chair by the end of the lunch hour.
Workouts are designed into Level 1 and Level 2 to accommodate many.

Really want to do lunchtime bootcamp, such a great idea, the Pier is still a little too far for me since I work in Fremont. Any chance you might do one of these at Greenlake this summer like in July or Aug, then I would be all in.
