Tone up your entire body using dumb­bells, weighted balls, tub­ing, push ups, planks, squats, and matt exercises.

And boy, will you tone up! You will also help pre­vent injuries com­mon to office work­ers, ath­letes, and also repet­i­tive use. Great for a begin­ner or inter­me­di­ate fit­ness level and want an instruc­tor to ensure proper form and to chal­lenge you to your best abil­ity. Expect to work your entire body, includ­ing the core, arms, and legs. Work­outs are designed into Level 1 and Level 2 groupings.

Get out­side, take in breath-taking views, and feel strong and awesome!
