High inten­sity inter­val run­ning results in an incred­i­ble work­out. These work­outs will help improve run per­for­mance (from the 5k to the marathon) and also other ath­letic pur­suits. Great for run­ners and those who want a chal­leng­ing work out. Expect to burn between 500 to 600 calo­ries and work your entire body, includ­ing the core, arms, and legs. Work­outs are designed into Level 1 and Level 2 group­ings to accom­mo­date many levels.

  1. Annette is AWESOME! I par­tic­i­pated in her Tues­day night inter­val classes in the win­ter of 2010–2011. I was hit by a car in spring of 2011 and was unable to run for over a year. But Annette helped me stay involved with the run­ning group by hav­ing me work at var­i­ous races and help with tim­ing on Tues­day nights at the track. It has meant so much to me to stay con­nected with a run­ning community/group even when unable to run.
