Running/Cross Training

High intensity interval running mixed with full body weight exercises that result in an incredible workout. Expect to burn between 500 to 600 calories and work your entire body, including the core, arms, and legs. Located at Alki Beach Park.

Intensive 5k Training Clinic

This is an 7-week intensive 5k training program. Two days of interval training designed to improve your 5k performance. When you train hard over a course of 7 weeks your performance will improve dramatically. For example, if you are currently running a 25:00 5k, you could potentially improve your time to 22:00.

Includes the Running/Cross-Training class listed above, and 2 Fitness For Vitality 5k/10ks

For anyone at any level who has an interest in becoming a stronger runner. For anyone who can currently run a 5k in 22:00 to 42:00.

5k/10k Seward Park - March 28th and Myrtle Edwards Park - April 25th

Bootcamp Level 1

Includes a little (very little) jogging or walking with some hills, stairs, and full body weight exercises including push ups, planks, squats. All choreographed in a fun and manageable way to make you sparkle little sweat beads in the beautiful twilight hours of the spring. Expect to burn 500-600 calories. Located at Myrtle Edwards Park near downtown and Pier 70.

Mom and Baby Stroller-Fun Workout

An outdoor workout where you can bring your baby in a stroller. Will focus on post-partum areas like the abs and hips. Also includes walking or jogging and full body-weight exercises. Results in a fantastic work out where you will leave sweaty and full of energy. Expect to burn 500 - 600 calories and work your entire body!
