Bootcamp Level 1

Includes a little (very little) jogging or walking with some hills, stairs, and full body weight exercises including push ups, planks, squats. All choreographed in a fun and manageable way to make you sparkle little sweat beads in the beautiful twilight hours of the spring. Expect to burn 500-600 calories. Located at Myrtle Edwards Park near downtown and Pier 70.

Mom and Baby Stroller-Fun Workout

An outdoor workout where you can bring your baby in a stroller. Will focus on post-partum areas like the abs and hips. Also includes walking or jogging and full body-weight exercises. Results in a fantastic work out where you will leave sweaty and full of energy. Expect to burn 500 - 600 calories and work your entire body!
