
Triathlon/Duathlon Training Clinic

Focus is on beginning and intermediate level sprint and olympic distance triathlon training. Running, cycling, swimming, and combined brick clinics are included.
We will culminate the 7 weeks at the Kirkland Triathlon and Duathlon on Sept 18.

Running/Cross Training (August 2 - Sept 14)
High intensity interval running mixed with full body weight exercises that result in an incredible workout. Expect to burn between 500 to 600 calories and work your entire body, including the core, arms, and legs.

Bootcamp Level 1

Includes a little (very little) jogging or walking with some hills, stairs, and full body weight exercises including push ups, planks, squats. All choreographed in a fun and manageable way to make you sparkle little sweat beads in the beautiful twilight hours of the spring. Expect to burn 500-600 calories. Located at Myrtle Edwards Park near downtown and Pier 70.
