    goals. Her clients are inspired to meet the goals because the goals are rea­son­able, ratio­nal and fully attain­able, one step at a time.
    Annette guided me through a major trans­for­ma­tion in my life. I am 5’4” and weighed 192 pounds when I decided to lose weight and get in shape. She pro­vided me with nutri­tional advice and planned, incre­men­tal phys­i­cal exer­cise that was designed to slowly bring me along. After a full year, I had lost 60 pounds and was able to have a pro­duc­tive, active life. I even con­quered a life long fear of water and learned to swim so that I could par­tic­i­pate in the Dan­skin triathlon the next year. Though I know I did it myself, I value her insight, moti­va­tion and guid­ance very much. I would rec­om­mend her to any­one and every­one want­ing to get in shape or stay in shape.
