Annette works hard with each client to develop and maintain
their own lifetime fitness strategy. She analyzes each of her client’s
needs and works out a specific plan to meet them by setting attainable
goals. Her clients are inspired to meet the goals because the goals are reasonable, rational and fully attainable, one step at a time.
Annette guided me through a major transformation in my life. I am 5’4” and weighed 192 pounds when I decided to lose weight and get in shape. She provided me with nutritional advice and planned, incremental physical exercise that was designed to slowly bring me along. After a full year, I had lost 60 pounds and was able to have a productive, active life. I even conquered a life long fear of water and learned to swim so that I could participate in the Danskin triathlon the next year.
